Value engineering and alternative layouts minimize delays and allow us the opportunity to adjust for problems that present themselves frequently during the construction process. Southern Electric’s design/build team works from an existing set of criteria or develops the criteria to deliver the highest quality installations on time and within budget. Our team works closely with other disciplines and will assist in developing project and material schedules.
